Friedrich’s Suite is the namesake of the German settler, Friedrich Behr, who built the small stone and log portion of the main house in the 1860s. This spacious 600 square foot room with 12’ vaulted ceiling and 1900s reclaimed log cabin walls is located in the main house on the far side of the second floor for privacy and has a modern farmhouse, western theme.

Friedrich’s Suite features a beautiful king sized bed with an upholstered headboard and beautiful, massive custom-built barn door to the private bath. A comfortable sitting area is perfect for relaxing. A set of two shuttered windows looks out to the West with views of the patio, pavilion, garden area, and magnificent sunsets, while views to the East highlight the sunrise and pasture where sheep are often grazing in the mornings. The spacious bathroom boasts a large infinity Jacuzzi tub with a separate walk-in shower, custom mahogany cabinets, large limestone countertop with two sinks and a separate wash closet that includes a bidet and toilet.
