Kaitlyn’s Room is the namesake of the current owner’s daughter Katie. This 180 square foot room located on the second floor of the main house is a real charmer with modern farmhouse décor and views to the west of magnificent Hill Country sunsets and lovely patio and garden beds.
Kaitlyn’s cozy layout with a shiplap feature wall includes a queen sized, black wrought-iron bed with black and white buffalo check bedding, pine accent furniture, and a sitting space to relax. Black and white artwork and red accents complete the décor. The room has its own private bathroom with a farmhouse feel highlighting a walk-in shower that includes barn-door style sliding glass, a custom-made vanity with farmhouse lights, and a bead board ceiling.
